As a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. Our returns policy gives you 30 days.
To withdraw, fill in the form below with your name, email and order number, and press Confirm withdrawal. We will send you an acknowledgement by email, with the date and time of your request, without undue delay, followed by the return instructions and a prepaid return label.
You can also withdraw by requesting a return or cancellation in your account, or by emailing anthonyoliveira91@gmail.com with your name and order number.
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us being informed of your decision. We may wait until we have received the piece back, or proof that it has been sent. Full details are in our returns and refunds policy.
