How it works
Simple, and thoughtful

Choose an amount
40 €, 75 €, 100 €, 150 € or 250 €, paid like any other order. Each amount matches real pieces, at today's prices.

Delivered by email
Once the order is paid, the gift card is emailed with a unique code: to you, or straight to the person you are gifting, on the date you choose.

Spend it online
The code is entered at checkout. There is no expiry date, and any remaining balance stays on the card for next time.
How is the gift card delivered?
By email. Once the order is paid, an email with a unique gift card code is sent. Gift cards are digital, so nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs.
Can I send it straight to the person I am gifting?
Yes. On the gift card page, choose “Recipient’s email” and add their email address and, if you like, their name, a short message (up to 200 characters) and a send date up to 90 days ahead. The gift card is emailed to them, and you receive a receipt by email.
How do I use it?
Enter the gift card code at checkout in our online store. The card balance is applied to the order total.
What if the order costs more or less than the card?
If the order costs less, the remaining balance stays on the card for future orders. If it costs more, the difference can be paid with any available payment method.
How can I check the balance?
The gift card email includes a link to view the card and its current balance. The balance is also shown when the code is entered at checkout.
Does the gift card expire?
No. Our gift cards do not have an expiry date.
Can it be used in another currency?
Yes. The gift card is issued in euros and can be used in any currency our shop sells in. The balance is converted at the exchange rate on the day it is used.
Is a gift card the same as a discount code?
No. A gift card is a prepaid balance that is spent like money. A discount code, such as our welcome code, reduces the price of an order.
Can a gift card be used to buy another gift card?
No. Gift cards can be spent on any of our pieces, but not on other gift cards.
